Kinact is a toolbox for scoring of Kinase Activities based on prior knowledge about kinase-substrate interactions and phosphoproteomics data.
Kinact is written in python and is currently under on-going development. Therefore, the software comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
