Usage
get_c2c_factors(sce, group_col = NULL, sample_col)
Arguments
- sce
SingleCellExperiment with factors output from tensor-cell2cell
- group_col
context descriptor - to be obtained from `colData(sce)`
- sample_col
context/sample names - obtained from `colData(sce)`
